The role focuses on processing client bills via eBilling, requiring familiarity with each client''s eBilling system as well as the firm''s practice management system and E-Billing Hub.Hybrid schedule: three days in the office and one day working from homeMain duties and responsibilities:Submit invoices through client e-billing systemsMeet all client billing deadlinesFollow each client''s billing rules and requirementsResolve rejected or underpaid invoices promptlyKeep records of submitted and rejected billsMaintain billing data across e-billing platformsUpdate accruals, budgets, and reports in portalsCoordinate with lawyers and partners on billing complianceReconcile system records against client portalsFlag process updates or training needs to the managerWork with credit control on outstanding invoicesEscalate unresolved issues to the team leadSupport colleagues in the billing team when neededThe ideal Legal Biller will have:E-billing experience is essential within legal or professional services.Experience in the use of various E-Billing portals, e.g. Legal Tracker; Tymetrix; Collaborati Experience in complex and high-volume billing Experience of working within a professional services organisation Equal OpportunitiesAs a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
