We promote diversity and fairness through Talent, Education and Communication, Employee Groups, and Celebrations.Position OverviewKey Account Manager for Wholesale Women''s Footwear and AccessoriesResponsibilitiesPresent and sell seasonal collections to buyers multiple times a year, ensuring targets are met and the assortment aligns with brand strategy.Manage key account budgets.Conduct weekly analysis of seasonal trade performance and monthly forecasting of pre-sale sell-through to accurately predict end-of-season sell-through.Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and identify new business opportunities.Hold regular trade meetings with accounts to monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.Collaborate cross-functionally across departments, building strong relationships internally and externally.Visit stores regularly to ensure brand representation aligns with visual guidelines, and meet with store managers to discuss sales, opportunities, and collection feedback.Conduct seasonal in-store brand training sessions.Position Requirements and Skills
Experience in key account management, with strong relationships in UK/Ireland department stores and e-commerce accounts.Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the women''s footwear and accessories market in the UK/Ireland.Analytical skills with confidence in interpreting and presenting data.Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually.Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
