This is expected to be an ongoing contract with at least 6 months longevity. The workload is expected to be mainly Commercial Surveys to Educational facilities in the region. There will be a good mixture of buildings, including some of the old Clasp style schools. The positionThis position will require an Asbestos Surveyor to carry out housing surveys across the South Wales region centered around Carmarthen and surrounding areas. These will be management surveys with RandD elements to Educational type facilities. QualificationsYou will need to have a P402 or RSPH, as well as experience in this type of work. Recent experience as a fully qualified surveyor is also essential.It is essential that you have your own transportation, surveys tool-kit, as well as half-mask, recent face-fit test and asbestos awareness certification.
