Pension, Free Parking, Retail Discounts, Health Cash Plans to include Hospital, Dentist and OpticalWorking within a major distribution depot, you will be a key member of the warehouse as a team leader, ideally with experience within the FMCG industry, but not essential as attitude toward working ethics is more important.You can expect to be:Operating 4 different types of FLT to include VNA, Counterbalance and reach trucksAssist the shift managersManage and motivate the team ensuring KPI''s are achievedDevelop and train new and existing team membersManage goods inwardsDisciplinary and grievance managementShift plan and cover holiday and sicknessCarry out daily briefings to ensure staff are aware of their daily dutiesHealth and safety check ensuring the company policy is followed at all timesKnowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and OutlookMaintain stock integrity and report findings to the Stock ManagerThis would be an ideal role for someone with forklift truck experience. You should be comfortable with working at heights of up at 12 meters using the VNA truck.
