Their projects typically range from -50,000 up to -3M, with an annual turnover of circa -30M and steady organic growth year-on-year. Alongside their project delivery teams, they operate a dedicated maintenance division, supporting direct end-users and providing ongoing aftercare. The successful candidate will be responsible for cat A/cat B office fit out jobs throughout London. Typically the company operates in the following sectors: Commercial Offices, Super Prime Residential.

Role/Responsibilities:

-Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)

-Short term programming.

-Health & Safety (RAMS).

-Technical Submissions.

-Preparation/issuing all RFI.

-Sub-contractor coordination.

-Management of commissioning stages

-Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors

-Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client

-Weekly site and Progress meetings -
