BMS Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Building Management System projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments in Copenhagen.

• Manage BMS projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within specification.
• Support commissioning activities and final project documentation.

• Proven experience managing BMS / Building Automation projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and building automation systems.
• Experience with platforms such as Siemens, Trend, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, or Tridium/Niagara.
• Good commercial awareness and project coordination skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English required; Danish is an advantage.
