Cover Supervisor - Lewisham

We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the Lewisham area. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are interested in a career in education.

About the Role:
- Supervise lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure pupils remain focused and on task
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and conduct
- Support the wider school community as needed

What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour confidently and calmly
- Previous experience working with young people is highly desirable
- Educated to A-Level or degree level
- A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
