Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor - 5+ Years PQE Location: LeicesterAn established and busy property team is seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join their practice. This is a senior role with the potential for future progression to Director level, suitable for a solicitor with 5+ years PQE and proven management experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages, as well as all post-completion work. Experience with both local and national clients is essential.You will be expected to take ownership of your files, working efficiently on case management systems without requiring administrative assistance, effectively running matters from start to finish.
