Nuco Solutions are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor operating across North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in repairs and disrepair works within the social housing sector, looking to take the next step in their leadership career.Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and support three Supervisors and their teams to deliver efficient and compliant repair services.Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure works are completed to a high standard, within deadlines and budget.Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites and activities.Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to address any concerns or escalations.Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality and compliance.Provide reports and updates to senior management as required.Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior supervisory role within social housing repairs and disrepair.Strong knowledge of property maintenance, property repairs, and health and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively.Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer
