This hybrid role combines core financial accounting responsibilities with forward-looking financial planning and analysis, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications and Skills Required Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is a plus. 5+ years experience in a role combining accounting and FPandA responsibilities. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and FPandA tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, OneStream, Power BI) is desirable. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting and Reporting Support the month-end close process and produce accurate monthly management accounts. Prepare PandL, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow reports. Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
