Rufford Country Park is a beautiful country park in Nottinghamshire steeped in history, we are seeking an innovative, committed individual to lead the Operations team at the park and build upon the successes already implemented since Parkwood Leisure took over the contract in 2017. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be required to take full responsibility for the effective operational management of the site. The post holder will ensure that the service provided meets the requirements of the client as defined within the service specification as well as consistently driving the operational performance of the site whilst being sensitive to the conservation aspects of the park and ensuring all health and safety aspects of the park are dealt with.
