They re now hiring a Senior Operational Risk Manager to embed and put into practice an established Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) as they move into their next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities: Embed the existing Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) across the business Lead and manage the RCSA process - identify, assess, and monitor key operational risks Support delivery of the Operational Resilience strategy, including scenario testing and risk mapping Develop and implement supporting policies, procedures, and controls Promote strong risk culture and work closely with senior stakeholders What You ll Need: Proven Operational Risk experience within financial services or banking Strong understanding of RCSA and Operational Resilience Ability to translate frameworks into day-to-day practice Confident drafting and rolling out policies and procedures Experience working in a regulated environment (PRA/FCA) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm on the path to becoming a UK bank, with the chance to make a real ..... full job details .....
