The work is varied and we are seeking someone with 2-5 years PQE and able to work on a variety of commercial property matters that are transactional and include development, Landlord and Tenant, sales and purchases. The role includes drafting agreements and having an acute eye to the detail of contracts, and some of the clients are joint ventures, and there will be a need to consider finance and funding, as well as your client''s attitude to risk for portfolio management.The firm''s financials are solid, they have acquired smaller firms and they look after their staff, resulting in very low turnover.
