Salary: andpound;100 andndash; andpound;150 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A welcoming secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a Cover Supervisor to start in November 2025. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring that pupils remain on task and engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils with their learning when required.
• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil engagement and behaviour.

Requirements:

• Previous classroom or youth work experience desirable.
• Confident, adaptable, and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage groups of students effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
