Role Purpose
Lead the After School and Holiday Club service provision daily with the Practitioner team, in consultation with the Deputy Manager and Manager at Ravelston.
Assume day-to-day responsibility for room teams and ensure children receive high quality care.
Lead a creative program of activities, support and supervise practitioners, and supervise children during outings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to room teams in the after-school and holiday settings.
Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and Manager to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for children across the after-school and holiday periods.
Ensure safeguarding and compliance with child welfare requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience working with children and ability to work well within a team.
Recognised childcare qualification.
Strong organisational skills and flexibility to meet role needs.
Willingness to work 1.30pm–6.00pm, Monday to Friday during term time, with holiday rota as required.
