Corporate Solicitor (NQ / 2-3 years PQE) with Sherbornes Solicitors, in partnership with Hire Purpose. You will work across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and support SME clients with day-to-day contracts.Responsibilities

Work across corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder agreements and company articles, acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising deals.Support SME clients with day-to-day contracts such as supply agreements and terms of business.Take on significant responsibility while receiving support to excel, develop skills, and advance your career.Engage with the business community, attend events, promote yourself and the Sherbornes brand.Collaborate in a generous, knowledge-sharing team.Commercial or corporate experience is a plus, but the right mindset and teamwork can also succeed.Who we’re looking for

Trained in England and Wales; emphasis on attitude and how you use the law to help clients, not just the training location or grade.Solid grounding, sense of humour, and ability to think like a lawyer and a businessperson.Cheltenham-based role; if not local, you must be willing to relocate.What you’ll get
