This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a market leading team advising on high profile transactions across the UK, US and international markets. The firm is looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Associate with 2-4 years'' PQE to play a key role in complex private equity transactions, working closely with leading partners and an international client base. The Firm The Private Equity Associate will join a globally recognised Transatlantic law firm with a strong reputation for advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on sophisticated cross border transactions.
