This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service.Salary for this position will be starting at 29,000 working on a rota basis in a busy and friendly team. There is the requirement to be flexible, the company phone lines are open 7 days a week. Weekday shifts are between 7am and 7pm with weekends being typically 7am till 3pm which, once trained, are worked from home.The company offers fantastic benefits including a hybrid working model.The RoleAs a Customer Support Advisor, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with delivery and service enquiries.
