As a Digital Skills Advisor, you will support Phoenix residents in gaining basic digital skills and promote the Connected Together programme, our in-house digital device grant scheme. You will assist low-income households in accessing low or no-cost internet. This role requires flexibility to meet residents'' needs and fostering a culture of empowerment and participation. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure Phoenix delivers excellent customer service. Additionally, you will liaise with local partners and support residents experiencing digital by default services. Your key duties include providing face-to-face support to local residents seeking help with digital skills at our main offices and in the community, and, when necessary, in their homes.You should possess good verbal communication and negotiation skills, be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and be confident and savvy with email and internet use.About Phoenix Community Housing
