Senior Engineer, ContractWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to support the delivery of a major highways infrastructure project in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a flagship scheme and play a key role in the successful delivery of earthworks, drainage, and highway works packages.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery team in the safe and efficient execution of highways worksOversee site engineering activities including setting out and quality assuranceManage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operationsEnsure works are delivered in line with programme, specification, and HSEQ requirementsAssist with short-term planning and progress reportingReview RAMS, ITPs, and technical documentationWork closely with Section Engineers and Site Agents to drive delivery across multiple work frontsMaintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with project standardsRequirementsPrevious experience working as a Senior Engineer on major highways or infrastructure projectsStrong background in earthworks, drainage, and highways constructionCompetent managing subcontractors and supervising engineering teams on siteCSCS card essentialSMSTS preferredExperience working within NEC contract environments advantageousStrong communication and stakeholder coordination ..... full job details .....
