The Account Manager will join a small team who are responsible for shaping the future of retail. They will partner with the client to understand vision and needs, acting as their trusted advisor. Working within a business unit and collaboratively with the team, they will manage clients expectations on their retail display productions, enhancing and strengthening the relationship through exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Bring a partnership approach to the client, developing relationships and trust Understand the clients main objectives and proactively understand the competitors landscape to suggest ideas for future campaigns Taking the brief from the client, adding innovative ideas and solutions where possible. Relaying the brief to the inhouse studio with support of the Project Manager Working in collaboration with the production Project Manager and internal teams Operation and updating bespoke online services portal Identfiying new opportunities within the client base Driving Environmental friendly and sustainable practices into the day to day operations Detailed project planning and management of, including regular updates and accurate reporting of project status Proactively providing solutions to changes and challenges to keep the project on track and on budget keeping the client updated at all times 1-3 days in the office is negotiable Key Skills/Experience Experience in a retail display, creative and/or production environment is essential ..... full job details .....
