Customer Services Advisor - Bristol

Manpower are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work for one of their clients based in Bristol. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between customers and operations. You''ll take ownership of the full order journey - from entry to delivery - ensuring a smooth, professional, and proactive service every step of the way.

What you''ll be doing:
✅ Manage end-to-end customer orders using SAP andamp; CRM systems
✅ Build strong relationships with internal teams andamp; customers
✅ Handle queries, complaints, returns andamp; credits
✅ Monitor inventory, deliveries andamp; service performance
✅ Continuously look for smarter, better ways of working
What you''ll need:
- 3+ years'' experience in a similar CSR role (ideally manufacturing or packaging)
- SAP and Salesforce.com experience (preferred)
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- Fluent English
