One of our lovely schools in Sutton are looking for an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to become a part of their team! We are seeking a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant with experience supporting SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing challenging behaviour, able to build strong and trusting relationships, and demonstrate patience and persistence in their approach. You will work collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure each child receives consistent, tailored support that enables them to thrive.
