This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of stock condition surveys across social housing in the Midlands. You ll be responsible for assessing and reporting on the condition of housing stock to help inform maintenance and investment programmes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, safety, and sustainability of homes for local communities.
