OVERVIEW Overseeing all transport operations, ensuring timely delivery and collection of plant and tool hire equipmentPlanning and coordinating fleet schedules and routes to maximise efficiency and reduce costsManaging vehicle compliance with DVSA, FORS, and operator licence regulationsImplementing maintenance and preventative care programs for all vehiclesLeading, training, and managing drivers and transport staffMaintaining excellent communication between transport teams, customers, and operationsMonitoring KPIs such as vehicle utilisation, on-time deliveries, and fuel efficiencyPromoting a strong health and safety culture across all transport activities REQUIREMENTS Experience within the plant transport or related equipment hire sectorStrong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience with hire software (Syrinx) desirableProven team management and leadership capabilitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks SALARY and BENEFITS £45,000-£50,000 salaryMonday to Friday, 7:00am - ..... full job details .....
