Security Engineer – Microsoft Cloud SecurityWe’re looking for a skilled Security Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Security, and Microsoft Entra ID. You’ll support our security transformation programme by implementing best practices to strengthen cloud and enterprise security.Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, Office 365, and Cloud Apps.Support IDAM and Threat Protection initiatives.Implement security policies in Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center.Manage identity and access controls via Entra ID, including Conditional Access and MFA.Configure Microsoft Purview to support DLP efforts.Conduct security assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.Collaborate with internal teams and MSSP on incident response and system security.Stay current with emerging cloud security technologies.Required Skills

3–5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, preferably in Microsoft environments.Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 security.Proficient in PowerShell scripting.Experience securing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.Familiarity with Active Directory and Intune device management.Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATTandCK).Preferred Certifications

SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations AnalystSC-300: Identity and Access Administrator AssociateSC-400: Information Protection Administrator
