Credit Controller Responsibilities Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments Proactively chase overdue invoices via phone and email Build strong relationships with customers to resolve queries and maintain goodwill Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve billing or payment issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications and account statuses Produce aged debtor reports and share insights with the finance leadership team Support with account reconciliations and allocation of incoming payments Contribute to continuous improvement of credit control processes Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks when needed Credit Controller Profile: Previous experience in a credit control role, ideally within a mid-sized or fast-paced ..... full job details .....
