Knowledge of complaint handling and consumer regulation will be valuable in helping us meet expectations and build trust with residents and stakeholders.Candidates should possess senior-level experience, preferably in housing, public-private partnerships, regulation, or similar complex environments. Strong skills in governance, performance management, and financial oversight are essential, along with the ability to contribute to strategic discussions and collaborate effectively within joint venture arrangements.We seek individuals with sound judgment, integrity, and the capacity to support and challenge the executive team.
