The Role
As the Fabric Engineer, you’ll:

• Conduct general building fabric maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, and minor plumbing works.
• Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the site schedule and service level agreements.
• Carry out basic fault finding and repair of non-electrical, non-mechanical building issues.
• Inspect building fabric for damage or deterioration and report any risks or required remedial works.

You
To be successful in the role of Fabric Engineer, you’ll bring:

• Some relevant experience in building maintenance or facilities management—be keen to learn.
