Working in an experienced team, supporting a large workforce of c. 2000 employees this role includes:Handling c. 20-30 short and long term sickness cases per weekHandling 10-15 more complex ER cases per week such as disciplinaries and grievancesCoaching and supporting managers through performance management cases to develop high performing teamsSupporting managers with onboarding, offboarding and exit interviewsSupporting wider people team with TUPEThis is a full time position working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 3 days to be office based, 2 days from home.For this role we are looking for experienced HR Advisors who either have a CIPD qualification or can demonstrate a thorough understanding of UK employment law and be self motivated to keep up to date on legislative changes.You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environments, independently handling your own ER cases from start to finish including sickness absence and more complex cases.Any prior experience supporting during TUPE would be desired along with ..... full job details .....
