Store General Manager- Quick Service Restaurant - Up To 37k + Bonuses - West End AreasIMMEDIATE STARTOur client is currently looking to recruit a Store Manager for this established brand in the West End. You will lead and manage all store operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, consistent operational excellence, achievement of financial targets, and strong team engagement in line with the company''s brand and values. This role is key to maintaining the high standards of a
well-established, quality food operator in the UK , known for fresh food, fast service, and a welcoming customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store environment.
Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene, and legal compliance standards are met.
Be hands-on in supporting early morning store openings as needed.
Ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of fresh food items in accordance with company recipes and standards.
2. Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, and mentor store team members.
Create and maintain a positive, productive team culture.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
3. Customer Experience
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
4. Financial Performance
Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to meet sales and profit targets.
Analyze PandL reports and make data-driven decisions.
Implement strategies to increase sales and control costs.
Person Specification
Essential:
Proven experience in a managerial role within retail or hospitality (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to drive sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good understanding about fresh food and standards and comes from a similar QSR background
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Competence in stock control, ordering, and rota management.
Ability to interpret financial reports (PandL, sales data, KPIs).
Must be flexible to work early morning shifts.
Experience in preparing and handling fresh food in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally from a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or counter-service operation.
Desirable:
Formal qualification in Retail, Hospitality, or Business Management.
Experience with POS systems and store management software.First Aid and Food Safety certification.
