Expleo are partnering with a leading global organisation who are looking to onboard a Senior Project Management Specialist, who will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical component of their Enterprise Feature andamp; Technology Cycle Plan, aligning future product and platform development with evolving customer demands. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments and is confident in working across both strategic and delivery landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
* Run the cadence and governance process aligning the Demand Pipeline, Enterprise Roadmap, and Technology Delivery Framework.
* Lead the project lookahead, feeding into milestone reviews and managing onboarding of new projects and team members.
* Work closely with teams to continuously refine transformation processes and gateway checkpoints.
* Deliver a clear, aligned Feature andamp; Technology Roadmap, enabling Tech Leads to present their ambitions and progress.
* Align strategic direction between Product Strategy and Technical Platforms through close collaboration with Technical Ambition Leads.
* Provide flexible support across broader Transformation initiatives, contributing to a holistic shift in technology and process maturity.

Requirments:
* Experienced project/program manager with a background in automotive engineering or technology-focused environments.
* Proven ability to drive alignment across strategy, delivery, and technology functions.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in shaping process during transformation phases.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage from C-level to delivery teams.
* A background in technology transformation, product lifecycle, or enterprise-level change programs is highly desirable.
