Financial Controller - Insurance sector - £80-95K - Hybrid working (2-3 days in Norwich regional office and London HQ)A growing insurance company with an established market presence is appointing a Financial Controller to strengthen its finance leadership as the business continues to expand.The organisation has grown consistently year on year and has recently entered its next phase following further expansion. With scale comes complexity, and finance is now being elevated to provide tighter control, clearer reporting and stronger support to senior decision-making.This role reports directly into the CEO and will play a key part in reducing founder dependency by ensuring finance operates confidently and independently as the business grows.The role:This is a senior, hands-on position with broad exposure across the business.
