The role sits in a small, visible team responsible for strengthening the risk management framework across the UK business. In this role you will: Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise and non-financial risk framework, including policies, risk appetite and supporting standards. Help to run core risk processes such as RCSAs, incident and issues management, and action tracking across first and second line teams. Produce, enhance and automate risk MI and dashboards for senior management and risk committees, ensuring clear, insightful commentary. Contribute to the preparation of materials for governance forums, including consolidating risk reports and drafting papers. Work closely with stakeholders in the first line to improve control design, embed lessons learned from risk events and promote a strong risk culture.
