Who We re Looking For We re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team at Shaftesbury North East. You ll work closely with our Complex Care Manager to support individuals with a range of challenging and complex needs, ensuring they live full, meaningful lives. What You ll Need: Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour in a supported living setting. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and managing multi-site services. Full UK Driving License, and access to your own vehicle. Proven ability to support individuals with diverse needs including: ADHD Learning Disabilities Autism Foetal Alcohol Syndrome Personality Disorders Sensory Processing Needs Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
