Osenka recruitment are looking for several experineced slinger/signallers to join our client, a leading construction company in the Midlands. This role involves working closely with crane operators and site managers to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations on busy sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing crane operators during lifting operations using recognised hand signals and/or radio communication

• Slinging and securing loads safely in line with site requirements

• Carrying out pre-use checks of lifting accessories and reporting any defects

• Working as part of the lifting team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Supporting site teams with general duties when required

Location: East Anglia, Buckinghamshire and Midlands-

Rate: Negotionable-

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Slinger/Signaller

• Valid CPCS or NPORS qualification essential

• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety standards

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility to work across multiple sites in the Midlands
