The role We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Planning Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business performance through strategic insights and planning. Key accountabilities Partner with underwriters, actuaries, and other stakeholders to support premium planning and forecasting.Build and maintain financial models to inform strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.Research market trends and generate commercial insights to support both short-term and long-term planning.Deliver clear and compelling narratives around premium forecasts by class of business, incorporating market context.Monitor actual performance against planned premiums and provide variance analysis.Produce tailored analyses and reports to meet diverse business needs.Manage planning processes and timelines across cycles.Collaborate with developers to enhance and maintain planning systems aligned with evolving business requirements.
