Rate: £350 - £420 a day

Person Specification

• A proven history of delivering high-quality projects with precision and care
• Technical know-how—especially JCT contract experience—to guide smooth delivery
• Natural leadership skills to empower site teams and subcontractors
• Confidence in client and consultant interactions, building trust and strong partnerships
• A collaborative mindset—working seamlessly with commercial and operational colleagues
• Dedication to health & safety, championing best practices across the project
• Professional credentials in construction, and a hunger to keep growing
