We are currently seeking a Late/Night HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Business, based in the Portsmouth area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £50,000 with OTE of circa £55,000 with working hours of Monday – Friday 18:00 – 02:00 (Flexible start and finish times available).

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Assisting with breakdowns and roadside assistance when necessary
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements:

- Previous working experience within the role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
