Job DescriptionYour role as Regional Sales Director is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the ''face'' of Land and New Homes within your region''s development sites and estate agencies. Your role involves delivering maximum value for developers, winning new projects, and developing prospective residential sites throughout Berkshire.
You will oversee the performance of one of the UK''s most innovative Land and New Homes agencies, providing a specialist management and business generation service. Your responsibilities include maximising income and profit, reporting to the New Homes Director, Tom Bateson, and managing the performance of various area operations, including profitability, cost control, ROI, and debt management.
You will also be involved in compliance, system performance, marketing, and PR opportunities. Daily, you will drive and achieve placements of new homes instructions related to prospective development sites.
The main focus is to be a major business winner for Spicerhaart, upholding and escalating our industry reputation and network contacts.
