We seek a dynamic, rigorous, and motivated team player with experience in real estate debt, such as in a loan servicer, bank, or debt fund.The role focuses on Loan Asset Management of loans across Europe, covering various asset classes and risk profiles, from origination to repayment, including restructuring and refinancing.You will collaborate with the fund management team, internal risk and client teams, and external partners such as banks and legal advisors. Monitoring performance, interest payments, covenants, valuations, cash flows, and operational aspects of the financed assets.Deal Support and Asset Management:

Financial analysis, cash flow modeling, monitoring cash distributions, reviewing property reports, liaising with deal teams, and supporting valuations and investment decisions.Maintaining IT tools, ensuring data accuracy, and liaising with stakeholders.Qualifications:Educational background in finance, engineering, or similar.Experience in financial institutions, asset management, or loan management preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in English; knowledge of loan documentation and real estate debt sector advantageous.Team player with multi-tasking abilities, rigorous, adaptable, and eager to learn.Advanced Excel/VBA skills; knowledge of Simcorp Dimension or Real Insight is a plus.Be part of a forward-thinking business with growth opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a commitment to diversity and sustainability.
