After Sales and Parts Advisor
Role PurposeThe After Sales and Parts Advisor plays a key role in supporting the aftersales function by delivering excellent customer service, managing parts enquiries, and ensuring the efficient supply of automotive parts. This position acts as a bridge between customers, service teams, and suppliers to maximise customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Aftersales Support Act as the first point of contact for all aftersales and parts-related enquiries Provide a professional and efficient service to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Support the service department with parts identification and availability Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a timely and effective manner Parts Sales and Advisory Provide accurate quotations, pricing, and availability information Upsell additional parts and accessories where appropriate Process orders, invoices, and payments in line with company procedures Stock Control and Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out regular stock checks Monitor fast-moving and obsolete parts to optimise stock holding Receive, inspect, and correctly store incoming parts deliveries Ensure all parts are labelled and stored in an organised manner Supplier and Warranty Administration Liaise with suppliers to source parts efficiently and cost-effectively Process warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines Track and manage back orders and ..... full job details .....
