Grafton Banks Finance are working with a Global Commercial Financial Services company with offices in the Crawley, West Sussex area to recruit a Tax Manager on a full-time permanent basis offering Hybrid working 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Reporting into the Head of Tax and working within a small friendly team you will support with the accurate and timely production of tax reporting for different business entities and play a part in tax related projects and groups. You will be a tax reporting subject matter expert, assisting the team with responsibility for a variety of Tax client and regulatory reporting activities, ensuring these are carried out efficiently and to a high professional standard. Duties and Responsibilities will include:Lead on production of UK Tax Packs, Profit/Loss Reports, Securities Transaction Lists, UK Income Statements and global income statements (working with IT department and our third-party vendor). Assist with Qualified Intermediary (QI) Reporting for all CompaniesProcess CRS and FATCA reporting. Extract data from T24 and prepare dividend reports for withholding tax reclaim purposes.Respond to client enquiries and act as a first point of contact for queries from other teams.Weekly control of undocumented clients holding US securities as well as positions on segregated accounts and opening of segregated accounts with our custodians.
