This role is crucial for managing and protecting sensitive information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. The ideal candidate will have a DBS and be able to handle a high volume of confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Day-to-day of the role:Work closely with the Operations and Compliance Manager to provide administrative support in responding to Subject Access Requests.Sort, convert, and categorise personal data efficiently.Remove duplicate data from data searches.Apply redaction principles to personal data to be supplied as part of a Subject Access Request.Assist in maintaining a log of redaction decisions to ensure they are legally defensible to challenges by the ICO.Manage a high volume of confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Required Skills and Qualifications:Efficient and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to understand and apply guidance relating to legal principles.Highly literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good time management with the ability to work to a deadline.The ability to work with discretion at all times.Advanced IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat to ..... full job details .....
