As a Senior Principal Data Scientist in the Medical Affairs Advanced Quantitative Sciences group, you will work on data science methodologies applied to patient-level data across clinical development, collaborating internally and externally to support drug development decisions. This role offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in our London Office.Key Accountabilities

Plan, execute, interpret, validate, and communicate exploratory analyses and algorithms to facilitate decision-making.Provide expertise in data science and AI to influence internal decisions and contribute to white papers/regulatory discussions.Analyze clinical trial and real-world data to generate evidence for drug development.Your Experience

Ph.D. in data science, biostatistics, or related field.Over 3 years of experience in clinical drug development and clinical trials.Strong knowledge of statistical methods and programming in R and Python.Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.Why Novartis
