Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator (Maternity Cover – Temporary)
Location: Dagenham
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
Our client’s company is well-established construction materials company who is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a key front of house role, ideal for someone who enjoys different types of workloads and can work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a logistics background would be better suited for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls in a professional manner
- Managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Processing orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with scheduling, emails, and office coordination
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
