Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Own the HSE strategy across the new site, embedding a proactive safety culture Deliver site risk assessments, fire risk evaluations, COSHH and method statements Lead investigations, reporting, and follow-ups for incidents and RIDDOR cases Chair safety meetings, manage safety equipment and maintain best-in-class standards Environmental Shape and deliver the company s environmental compliance roadmap Spearhead waste reduction, recycling, and sustainability initiatives Conduct impact assessments and work toward ISO 14001 certification Inspire environmental awareness and responsible site-wide behaviour What You ll Bring Proven background in HSE across manufacturing Knowledge of MRP, Lean, Six Sigma and fast-paced production principles Confident stakeholder engagement skills ..... full job details .....
