This role will complement an established consulting team by providing deep industry and functional expertise to ensure the target operating model is best-in-class, future-fit, and transformative. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior SME across LGRC domains, shaping the target operating model (TOM) and organisational design. Provide industry-leading insight and challenge to ensure the design reflects best practice within highly regulated, complex environments. Advise on functional structure, capability requirements, governance frameworks, and operating processes. Ensure integration across key areas including Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Governance. Support the development of scalable, technology-enabled and forward-looking LGRC capabilities.
