This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-performing engineering department, responsible for driving maintenance standards, improving reliability, and leading a team of engineers in a demanding industrial environment. You will lead from the front, ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive, and breakdown activities are carried out efficiently to maximise plant uptime and operational performance. This role requires strong technical ability combined with the confidence to manage, motivate, and develop a team on shift.
