Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: Watford
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from -26,000, depending on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll process.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Calculate statutory payments, final settlements, and post-employment adjustments
- Coordinate electronic payments.
- Reporting to line managers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies are followed.
- Adhere to strict payroll deadlines and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Supporting with payroll enquiries from employees and subcontractors.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a payroll-related role
- Experience managing payroll enquiries
- Familiarity with payroll software
- Strong IT skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Team player, working towards deadlines and driven.
